How much does Simple Affiliate cost?

Simple Affiliate uses flat monthly Shopify subscriptions billed in USD every 30 days. The plan determines the scale of your affiliate program and the features available for tracking, commissions, customer connections, and payouts. Set the expectation that Autopay processing fees are separate from the subscription and are paid by the merchant.

Plan pricing

• Starter: $0/month. Supports up to 10 affiliates, one group, and one standard link per affiliate. Starter also includes Autopay and live chat support.
• Basic: $19/month. Removes the Starter scale limits, providing unlimited affiliates, groups, and links, and adds Klaviyo.
• Pro: $39/month. Adds custom referral links, discount codes, product-specific commission rules, and permanent customer connection.
• Premium: $69/month. Adds product attribution, group automation, lower Autopay fees, and manual payouts.

Autopay processing fees

Autopay processing fees are charged in addition to the monthly subscription. The merchant pays these fees, and the affiliate always receives the full commission.

PayPal and store credit payouts have no Simple Affiliate processing fee on every plan. Premium also supports manual payouts with no Simple Affiliate processing fee. Billing and trial rules

• Billing frequency: Shopify bills subscriptions in USD every 30 days.
• Paid-plan trial: Basic, Pro, and Premium include a 14-day free trial.
• Starter: Starter is $0/month and has no trial because there is no subscription charge.
• Support fees: There are no separate support fees. Live chat is included.
• Development stores: Development stores follow Shopify billing rules for test charges.

The subscription charge and any Autopay processing fees are separate. Selecting a paid plan does not determine commission amounts, payout timing, or referral attribution; those depend on the commission and tracking configuration for your store.
