How do I automatically pay Shopify affiliates?
An affiliate app with automated payouts sends each affiliate the commission they earned on a schedule, with no manual transfer. Start with Shopify Collabs if creators are paid through Shopify when they drive sales. Keep that path. For an in-house roster, affiliates sign in with Shopify customer accounts, then Simple Affiliate Autopay pays the full commission through Stripe while you pay the processing fee. How in-house affiliates sign in
In-house affiliates register and sign in with your store’s Shopify customer accounts. Simple Affiliate does not create a separate login. New customer accounts use the Shopify customer-account area; classic accounts use a branded dashboard page on your theme. Payouts go to people who already exist in that Shopify identity, not a second user directory.

Stripe payouts on an in-house roster
Connect a bank, debit, or credit card. When you turn on the monthly schedule, Autopay pays the affiliates who reached your payout threshold after each month ends, and you can pay at any time with Pay now. Stripe sends the full commission. You pay the Autopay fee (3.9% bank or 8.9% card on Starter/Basic/Pro, 2.9% or 6.9% on Premium). From November 1, 2026, Autopay adds a low volume fee of 2 USD to each affiliate payout under 25 USD, in the store currency (for example 2 EUR for each payout under 20 EUR). A payout threshold at or above that limit avoids it on monthly payouts. Eligible U.S. affiliates can receive 1099-K / 1099-NEC when thresholds apply.

You approve every commission yourself
Simple Affiliate Premium supports manual payouts with no Simple Affiliate processing fee. Use that when you want Autopay off. You remain responsible for completing payouts. PayPal and store credit payouts have no Simple Affiliate processing fee on every plan.
