Shopify Collabs payouts
First-party creator payouts — start here
Collabs pays creators through Shopify when sales are driven. That is the included marketplace payout path. Keep it for Collabs relationships. A third-party Autopay product is for affiliates on your own program, not a replacement for Collabs payouts.
Pricing. Included with Shopify Collabs. You pay creators when they drive sales.

Simple Affiliate Autopay
Stripe payouts on an in-house roster
Connect a bank, debit, or credit card. When an affiliate hits your threshold or schedule, Stripe sends the full commission. You pay the Autopay fee (3.9% bank on Starter/Basic/Pro, 2.9% Premium). Eligible U.S. affiliates can receive 1099-K / 1099-NEC when thresholds apply. Manual payouts with no Simple Affiliate processing fee start on Premium.

Vendor PayPal or manual tools on those apps
Public UpPromote and GoAffPro materials describe paying affiliates from those products (often PayPal or manual). Confirm current payout methods on each listing. They are the right pick when you already run that app and do not want to move the roster.
Pricing. Per each vendor’s listing. UpPromote Growth still adds 2% of successful referral sales on top of payout mechanics.

You approve every commission yourself
