Terms and Conditions

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SA Inc. ("Simple Affiliate", "we") for the Simple Affiliate Shopify app, Autopay, dashboards, and related websites.

By installing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use them for a company, you represent that you can bind that company.

1 - The service

Simple Affiliate provides affiliate tracking, dashboards, commission calculation, optional Autopay via Stripe, and related tax-form facilitation for Shopify merchants.

2 - Fees

Subscription and Autopay processing fees are presented in-app and in Shopify billing. You are responsible for taxes and for commissions owed to affiliates.

3 - Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your program rules, affiliate relationships, customer communications, and compliance (including tax and marketing disclosure laws). You grant us the rights needed to process data to provide the Services.

4 - Acceptable use

Do not use the Services unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or submit fraudulent affiliate activity.

5 - Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SA Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and aggregate liability will not exceed amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

6 - Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
