Shopify Collabs stays. In-house affiliates sign in with customer accounts. CSV import can carry eligible records when plan and store-age safeguards allow it; otherwise start from scratch. These pages do not recommend uninstalling Shopify products.

Shopify Collabs
Creator marketplace relationships — keep them
Collabs relationships are not something these pages tell you to migrate off of. Keep Collabs. Simple Affiliate is for an owned roster beside Collabs, not a replacement.
What it owns. Included with Shopify.
2
Shopify customer accounts
How affiliates sign in after the cutover
Migrated affiliates sign in with your store’s Shopify customer accounts. New customer accounts use the Shopify customer-account area; classic accounts use a branded dashboard page on your theme, such as /pages/simple-affiliate. Plan the invite so each affiliate can reach that account before you announce the cutover.
What it owns. Included with Shopify customer accounts.

CSV import when eligible
Paid Shopify plans that pass store-age safeguards
CSV import can bring affiliate records in instead of typing every row. It is not available on every store: paid Shopify plan plus store-age and app-subscription safeguards apply. Treat it as a data migration, not an automatic conversion of every old tracking rule. Test sign-in, links, and codes before announcing a cutover.
What the connection adds. Included on Simple Affiliate when the store qualifies. Subscription still applies.

Start from scratch
Redesigning commissions, groups, or links
Recreate the roster, groups, links, and codes in Simple Affiliate, then invite affiliates to sign in with Shopify customer accounts. Use this when import is blocked or you want new program rules. Do not assume old referral links keep working without a planned cutover.
What happens next. Starter $0 to test a small roster; Basic $19+ for unlimited affiliates.
