In-house program, flat monthly, Autopay + 1099s
The program runs on your store, and affiliates sign in with your Shopify customer accounts. Billing is a flat monthly Shopify subscription, with no percentage of affiliate-generated sales. Autopay moves commissions through Stripe, and eligible U.S. affiliates can receive 1099-K / 1099-NEC when IRS thresholds apply. It has no marketplace: you bring your own affiliates.

Stay on Refersion
Marketplace discovery, first-party tracking, or MLM
Refersion lists your program in its marketplace, includes a first-party tracking domain on Launch, and covers traditional and MLM programs. If your partners already work in that network, moving costs you more than the percentage does.

UpPromote
A marketplace at a lower percentage
Rank it here when the marketplace is what you want to keep. From Growth, UpPromote’s marketplace lists your offer for publishers you have not met yet, and its percentage of successful referral sales is lower than the one on Refersion Launch.

GoAffPro
Free Hobby plan, or MLM with no sales fee
If you use Refersion for MLM and want to stop paying a percentage, GoAffPro has multi-level commissions on paid plans and publishes no percentage of referred sales on its pricing page. Its free Hobby plan is recommended below 100 daily orders.
