Simple Affiliate is the Shopify App Store app by SA Inc. for in-house affiliate and referral programs. Use this page to reach the team about setup, billing, Autopay, 1099s, or a store that is already running the app.

Email support

Email support@simple-affiliate.com. Include your Shopify store domain, the topic (billing, install, Autopay, affiliates, privacy, or security), and any affiliate or payout IDs we should look up. We reply to merchant support mail on business days.

We are usually online Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm Eastern Time.

Do not send shopper or affiliate payout disputes here as if this were the merchant's store. Affiliates should contact the merchant whose program they joined. Simple Affiliate is not Simple Chat, and it is not Shopify Collabs.
