How long is the free trial, and are there support fees?

Paid Simple Affiliate plans include a 14-day free trial. The trial lets you evaluate the subscription features before the recurring monthly charge begins. Starter is free and does not have a trial because there is no subscription charge.

There are no separate support fees. Live chat support is included with Simple Affiliate. Set the expectation with your team that support access is part of the plan rather than an additional service charge.

How the free trial works

• Paid plans: Include a 14-day free trial.
• Starter plan: Costs $0/month and has no trial because there is no paid subscription to trial.
• Billing: Subscription charges are flat monthly Shopify charges billed in USD every 30 days.
• Autopay charges: Autopay processing fees are separate from the subscription price and are charged according to the rates for your plan.

• Live chat support: Included for Simple Affiliate merchants.
• Separate support fees: Simple Affiliate does not add a separate fee for standard support access.

What happens after the trial

After the 14-day trial for a paid plan, Shopify billing handles the recurring subscription charge according to the plan you selected. Review your Shopify billing details and Simple Affiliate plan before the trial ends so your team understands which subscription and Autopay charges may apply.
