How long is the free trial, and are there support fees?

14 days on every paid plan, and there are no support fees. Basic, Pro, and Premium each start with a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the subscription features before the recurring charge begins. Starter is $0/month and skips the trial entirely; there's no subscription charge to try.

How billing works around the trial

Subscriptions are flat monthly Shopify charges, billed in USD every 30 days. When the 14 days are up, Shopify billing takes over the recurring charge for whichever plan you selected. Review your Shopify billing details and your Simple Affiliate plan before the trial ends so your team knows which subscription and Autopay charges may apply.

Autopay processing fees are the one cost outside the subscription price. They're charged at the rates for your plan when you pay commissions through Autopay. Plan-specific fee examples are at https://help.simple-affiliate.com/en/articles/6326866-auto-pay-overview-processing-fees.

What support costs

Nothing extra. Live chat support is included with Simple Affiliate. There's no separate fee for standard support access. Budget for the subscription and any Autopay processing fees; support is already part of the plan.
