Affiliates sign in on your store with your Shopify customer accounts. Affiliatly gives affiliates its own portal, branded from Advanced.

A small program costs less. The free plan covers up to 50 tracked orders, and Starter at $16/month has unlimited orders for up to 50 affiliates.
You want to track referrals in more ways. The listing names link or QR code, coupon code, discount code, email, SKU, and customer or order tags.
You want a two-tier program or royalties by SKU. Both are on Professional at $39/month, and we do not offer multi-level commissions.

Use Claude or ChatGPT with Simple Affiliate

Connect Claude or ChatGPT and ask it to review results, explain missing referral credit, or set up groups, commissions, automation, and settings. Your plan’s features still apply. You approve every change, and your AI can’t send payouts. You send payouts from the Simple Affiliate admin.

Who each one is for

Affiliatly is affiliate tracking software that works with several store platforms. Its site lists Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, and Ecwid, among others, and it has a Shopify App Store listing. Paid plans are priced by the number of affiliates, and affiliatly.com says that the plan price is the total price, with no hidden costs or additional charges.

Affiliatly fits a small program that wants a low monthly price, a store that sells on several platforms, or a program that tracks referrals by email, SKU, or tags. If your store runs on Shopify and you want a growing roster on your own store, with bank payouts and 1099s when IRS thresholds apply, that is what Simple Affiliate does.

Affiliatly’s price follows the number of affiliates, not sales, so $10,000 of GMV costs the same as any other volume on a given plan, and the model shows the plan for each roster size. What does Simple Affiliate cost next to Affiliatly?

Four flat plans: Starter $0 for up to 10 affiliates, then Basic $19, Pro $39, and Premium $59 with no affiliate cap, with a 14-day trial on Basic and Pro and a 7-day trial on Premium. No percentage of referred sales. Turn on Autopay and the processing fee (3.9% bank / 8.9% card on Pro) is charged to you on commission payouts; affiliates get their commission in full. From November 1, 2026, Autopay adds a low volume fee of 2 USD to each affiliate payout under 25 USD, in the store currency (for example 2 EUR for each payout under 20 EUR). A payout threshold at or above that limit avoids it on monthly payouts. Affiliatly’s plans are described on this page from affiliatly.com and its App Store listing as of October 30, 2026; prices change, so treat the numbers here as a snapshot.

Where do my affiliates sign in?

On your store, with your store’s customer accounts. New customer accounts put the dashboard on your domain; classic accounts use a branded theme page such as /pages/affiliate. Where does Shopify Collabs fit here?

Can I move from Affiliatly to Simple Affiliate?

Does Simple Affiliate work outside Shopify?

No. Simple Affiliate is an app for Shopify stores only. If you sell on WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or several platforms at once, Affiliatly’s integrations cover those platforms.
