Sales reports, social profiles, and group edits

This release adds Affiliate sales and Products sold reports with date filters, totals, and CSV export, and adds totals and CSV export to the link tracking report. Affiliates can add social media profiles, Basic plan merchants can change affiliate groups, and bank-connected dates now display correctly.
