Multi-select group filters and richer affiliate reports

Affiliate sales reports now let you filter by more than one group at a time, with extra table and CSV columns plus row selection on more reports so you can export the rows you need. New affiliate dashboards also show payout bank details, and the Stripe bank form no longer submits as soon as the fields are filled.
