Sort affiliates by referrals and filter payments

Merchants can now sort the affiliate list by referral count and filter the payment list by date, making it easier to find top performers and review payouts. Free plans no longer show the book-a-call card, billing copy is clearer, and disabled affiliates get clearer affiliate dashboard messages.
