Correct locale flags and a clearer affiliate dashboard

Locale flag icons now display correctly on the dashboard, and the new affiliate dashboard tables and cards are easier to scan. Your plan is no longer reset from the admin, and customer names with non-Latin characters are matched correctly when creating customers.
