Can I set commissions per product or collection?

Yes, on the Pro plan and above. Each group has a default commission percentage, and you can override it for specific products, variants, or collections. Overrides need a group with Percentage commission; fixed-amount groups cannot have them.

How to set overrides

1. Go to Groups and open the group.
2. Select the Commission tab.
3. Under Product and collection specific commission, click Set product and collection commissions. Save the group first if the button is disabled.
4. Click Add products to pick products or variants, or Add collections to pick collections.
5. Enter a percentage in Commission for each row. An empty field sets no rate for that row: a collection rate applies when the product is in a collection with a rate, else the group's default rate.
6. Click Save.

Which rate applies

• A variant override replaces both the group's default rate and any collection override.
• If a product is in several collections that have overrides, the highest collection rate applies.
• Everything else earns the group's default rate.
• New rates apply to referrals created after you save. Existing referrals keep the rates they had when they were created.

Different rules for different affiliates

Overrides belong to a group, so affiliates in different groups can earn different rates on the same product. Put affiliates with different commercial agreements in separate groups.

Plan availability

Pro and Premium include product, variant, and collection commissions. Starter and Basic use the group's default rate only, and Starter allows one group. The steps with screenshots are in How to set product-specific commissions and How to set collection-specific commissions.
